Day Conference package includes:

 

Conference room

Standard equipment (1 of each – flipchart, whiteboard, and a Data Projector)

Arrival tea – no snacks included

Lunch which includes one soft drink during lunch

Mid-morning tea break with pastries

Mid-afternoon tea break served with pastries

Departure +/-17h00

 

All our packages exclude the following

All beverages, Telephone calls, Laundry, all other extras not mentioned

Kindly note: tea/coffee included in the meals will be served within the meals only.

Should you wish to cancel meals, we require one day notice prior to the booked times.

There are no soft drinks included in the conference package during the dinner

Should you require more than 1 (one) of the standard equipment, kindly contact our reservation office.

Should you require any additional items e.g. Data projector, P.A. System, rates are available on request.
Photocopying, Scanning & printing is available at Reception at an additional cost.

Making use of our printer for printing from your disks is subject to availability only.

Kindly note:   All equipment belonging to Cradle Moon Lakeside Game lodge may not be removed from the premises.
